Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply looking for new ways to support your well-being? Join Cheryl Doyle, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and board-certified holistic wellness practitioner, for a welcoming and practical session focused on caring for the whole person—body, mind, and everyday life.

Together, you’ll explore realistic strategies around sleep, hydration, mindfulness, movement, and self-care, along with simple guided techniques like deep breathing and EFT tapping that may help reduce stress and restore balance.

This approachable program is designed for everyday people—not experts—and offers supportive conversation, practical tools, and fresh ideas you can begin using right away.

Leave feeling calmer, more informed, and better equipped to care for yourself one small step at a time.

No experience needed. Seated program with demonstrations and time for questions and discussion.
